At our holiday party this year, we also celebrated our outstanding employee of the year, Laura Gaviria! Laura has been a core member of our team since 2015. She has progressed from an intern and part-time digital marketing manager while finishing her degree at Kean, to a full-time role upon her graduation in 2018, to her promotion to general manager in 2021. Laura’s leadership and dedication to our clients demonstrate that she possesses many important qualities at a young age. Being bilingual, she also provides an advantage for our clients who need to reach Hispanic communities. As part of her commitment to our clients and our company, she takes it upon herself to often work late nights and weekends to exceed client expectations.
